An action is any time Dragonfly does work on your behalf. We absorb the cost of the underlying data and model calls into a single number, so you can forecast spend without spreadsheet gymnastics.
No separate “data credits” bucket. No annual quota wearing a monthly price tag. Just actions, per month.

What happens if I run out of actions mid-month?
Nothing breaks. Workflows keep running and we keep billing at your tier's effective rate. Anything you use beyond your monthly bucket appears on next month's invoice as overage, charged at the same rate.
If you blow past your tier for two months in a row, we'll quietly bump you up to the next rung so you stop overpaying — and you can move back down anytime.
Do unused actions roll over?
Up to one month, automatically. If you only use 30,000 of your 50,000 actions in January, the other 20,000 carry into February. After that they expire, since a monthly bucket that hoards forever is just an annual plan in disguise.
Do you charge separately for data or AI?
No. Data lookups and model calls are paid for by the action they happen inside of. We've negotiated the underlying rates and baked them in. If you bring your own API key for a third-party provider or a model, the action still counts the same — you just don't pay us for the data on top.
Is there a free trial of the paid tier?
Yes. New workspaces get a 14-day trial of the Pay-per-action plan with 25,000 actions to spend. After that you stay on Free unless you opt in.
Can I cancel or downgrade anytime?
Yes — cancel or downgrade from the billing page whenever you want. The change takes effect at the end of your current billing period: you keep full access (and your remaining actions) until then, and you're not charged again.
Annual plans work the same way. You can switch to monthly or Free at your next renewal; the 20% annual discount is in exchange for the upfront commitment, so mid-term prorated refunds aren't part of it.
